Question 1

How long does handcraft creation and worldwide delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Because each portrait is hand-sketched and layered with genuine gemstone dust by Sri Lankan master artisans, the handcraft creation period takes exactly 7 days. Tracked express courier delivery is guaranteed within 22 days worldwide (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe & Asia).

Question 2

What is included in the portrait price?

Accepted Answer

Every custom commission includes artisan hand-sketching, 100% genuine crushed Sri Lankan gemstone application, museum-grade protective framing, and an official Certificate of Provenance.

Question 3

Why is the 7" x 8" size only recommended for Logos & Crests?

Accepted Answer

Gemstone dust portraiture requires fine precision lines to accurately depict human facial features. At 7" x 8" (56 sq in), there is limited canvas space for intricate facial shading, so we reserve 7" x 8" for company logos, crests, monograms, and typography. For human portraits, we recommend 12" x 16" or larger.

Question 4

Is this real gemstone dust or synthetic plastic drills?

Accepted Answer

Every portrait is finished with 100% genuine crushed mineral dust and gem-cutting byproducts ethically sourced directly from Sri Lanka (Ceylon). Unlike cheap $20 DIY diamond painting kits that use synthetic acrylic resin, our artwork uses natural mineral gems that never fade and carry an official Certificate of Provenance.

Question 5

Do I get to approve the artwork before gemstone application?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Within 48 hours of placing your order, our master artist hand-sketches your photo and sends a digital preview to your email. You can request unlimited revisions to the line art until you are 100% satisfied before we begin applying the gemstone dust.
